Aged Care Support Workers
Do you have a passion for working with the elderly? Our Aged Care Support Workers are on the front line of everything we do, helping older people to feel as dignified and respected as they deserve to.
As a home care worker, you’ll make a real difference to the lives of your clients. Our Aged Care Support Workers play a large role in building their confidence, and ensuring that they look and feel their best. No two clients are the same, so our care is all individually tailored. You might be helping with transport, shopping, personal care, housework, meal preparation or something else entirely.
Many older people just need somebody to talk to, so companionship and social support goes a long way as well. We will teach you the skills of setting clear boundaries and maintaining a professional relationship, while also providing your clients with the companionship they may want.
While it’s not compulsory, we’d especially love to hear from you if you drive and have access to your own vehicle, or if you’re able to speak Vietnamese, Italian, Mandarin, Arabic or any other language. Our clients often feel more comfortable with their mother tongue.
Why work with us?

We offer flexibility wherever possible. Tell us which days and times you are available and we will do our best to match you with clients whose schedules match yours.
We are a people business. When you call Head Office, you will always talk to a real person, not a computer-programmed answering machine. We take the time to get to know each of our workers and are dedicated to maintaining our reputation as an employer of choice.
