Here are some of our current opportunities. If you’re an experienced support worker, but are based outside our core areas, please get in touch. We’re looking to expand across Australia.
What makes working with Focus Care a breath of fresh air.
Join our team and you’ll have the chance to brush up on your everyday support skills, and learn some new ones, with our special induction program.
We’re committed to personal development, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to learn from our clinical team.
We do our best to work around your commitments, and try to coordinate support around your availability and preferences.
We take the time to get to know our support workers, and our clients. Call head office, and you’ll always get through to a real person.
Because we take the time to get to know the people we work with, we can match clients and team members with similar interests or cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
We’re always looking for smarter, better and more positive ways of working. If you ever have suggestions, or issues that need resolving, we’re always ready to hear from you.
