We’re currently looking for...
Here are some of our current opportunities. If you’re an experienced support worker, but are based outside our core areas, please get in touch. We’re looking to expand across Australia.
Feel part of a caring team
We’re always eager to hear from dedicated support professionals looking to help clients work towards their goals. From aged care and disability support workers, to community registered or enrolled nurses, with empathy, experience and commitment, our team is setting the standard for care in Australia.
What makes working with Focus Care a breath of fresh air.
Join our team and you’ll have the chance to brush up on your everyday support skills, and learn some new ones, with our special induction program.
We’re committed to personal development, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to learn from our clinical team.
We do our best to work around your commitments, and try to coordinate support around your availability and preferences.
We take the time to get to know our support workers, and our clients. Call head office, and you’ll always get through to a real person.
Because we take the time to get to know the people we work with, we can match clients and team members with similar interests or cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
We’re always looking for smarter, better and more positive ways of working. If you ever have suggestions, or issues that need resolving, we’re always ready to hear from you.

“If I have issues, I feel better when I talk to management. They are friendly and it's nice to know that they support me.”
Have a question about working at Focus Care?
We’d love to tell you more about a career supporting our clients as they work towards their goals. We’ve put together a few FAQs below, but if you have a specific question, just reach out to our friendly team.
We’re always looking for experienced, friendly support workers to join the team. We currently work across New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland, but we’re growing all the time to meet the needs of clients. If you don’t see a post in your area, reach out anyway and introduce yourself.
If you’d like to be considered for a position, simply apply online. We’ll call shortlisted candidates within 2 weeks to arrange an interview, followed by reference and background checking. If your application is successful, you’ll be invited to join us for an induction, before being matched with local clients.
Access to a car will give you maximum flexibility on the type and location of support work you’ll be offered, but it isn’t essential.
Qualifications from a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) are only compulsory if you’re applying for a nursing position. Otherwise, you’ll just need a valid Australian Police Check and First Aid Certificate.
We know you’re keen to help out as soon as possible, so we try and keep our recruitment process simple – in fact, it’s faster than you’ll find at most aged care and disability support providers. At the end of the day, it all comes down to demand in your area, how quickly we’re able to process and verify your documents, and how much training you need.
