Job Description

As a NDIS Support Coordinator your role will include:

  • Completing client needs assessments and the development of client support plans

  • Coordinating with various third parties including, but not limited to: allied health professionals, family and service providers

  • Assist in the management of medication in accordance with client needs and legislative requirements

  • Conducting personality assessments for clients

  • Completion of compliant documentation in accordance with accreditation standards

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with NDIS Plan management

  • Current CPR & First Aid Certification

  • National Police Clearance – less than three years old (or willingness to get one)

  • Drivers licence and own reliable and fully insured vehicle

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Respect for the rights, dignity and ability of all our clients

To be a successful candidate for this role, you will also have:

  • Passion in providing excellent coordination of services

  • Commitment to learning and professional growth including a willingness to embrace new technologies

  • Flexibility to work independently and/or as part of a team
